Reporting a pin that will not download
Include these and the fix is usually same-day:
- The pin link (as long as it is public — do not send private ones)
- Site or extension, and which browser and version
- What you expected and what happened, including any error message
- The file you got, if you got one — a 1 KB file tells us a lot on its own
What we cannot help with
Anything requiring access to a Pinterest account that is not yours, recovering a deleted pin, or removing a watermark burned into a video. Those are covered on the relevant pages, with the reasons.
