Download Pinterest videos on Android
On Android, open the pin, tap the three dots and choose “Copy link”. Paste it in the box above and press Download. Chrome saves the MP4 to the Downloads folder and shows it in the notification bar. Most Gallery apps pick it up automatically; if yours does not, open it from Files → Downloads.

If the video does not show up in the Gallery
Android indexes media through MediaStore, and some Gallery apps only scan certain folders. When the video plays fine from Files but never appears in the Gallery, move it into the DCIM or Movies folder with any file manager — those are always scanned.
Google Photos indexes Downloads by default, but only shows the folder under Library → Device folders, not in the main timeline.

Common Android problems
- “Cannot download file”. Almost always storage permission or a full disk. Free some space and retry.
- The download stops halfway. A weak mobile connection interrupted it. Chrome offers Resume in the notification; on Wi-Fi it rarely happens.
- The file is an .m3u8. That is not a video. It means the tool handed over a playlist; ours resolves the MP4 before offering the download.
- Downloading inside the Pinterest app’s browser. Its in-app browser has no download manager. Open the link in Chrome instead.
Downloading many videos
On Android the site is the only route — Chrome for Android does not support extensions. If you save pins in volume, do it on a computer with the PinCrate extension, which handles a whole board in one action and names the files for you.
