Privacy policy
The honest summary: no account, no download history, and your files are never written to our disk. The server keeps short-lived technical logs to contain abuse, and the Chrome extension talks to no server of ours at all.
What we do not collect
- No account, email or password
- No video or image you download
- No history tied to you
- No fingerprinting or cross-site tracking of our own
What gets logged
The server keeps temporary technical logs (IP address, timestamp, request status) for as long as needed to contain abuse and diagnose failures. Those logs are not sold or shared for advertising.
The pin URL you paste is used only to answer your request and is not stored alongside your IP.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookieless analytics with no personal identification. A single functional cookie may remember your language choice; it carries no identifier.
Advertising
Editorial pages carry ads from Google AdSense. They pay for the bandwidth every download costs us, which is why the tool itself is free and has no wait timer.
Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on this site. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this and other sites on the internet. You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings (google.com/settings/ads), or opt out of third-party vendors’ use of cookies at aboutads.info/choices.
Where the law requires it — the EEA, the UK, Switzerland and Brazil — a consent notice appears before any advertising cookie is set, and refusing it means ads are served without personalisation rather than not at all.
What we do not do, whatever competitors do:
- No ad next to the URL field, the quality selector or the Download button
- No countdown, captcha or ad view standing between you and your file
- No pop-unders, redirects, forced push notifications or full-screen interstitials
- No ads at all on the privacy, terms, copyright and contact pages
- No ads inside the Chrome extension, ever
The Chrome extension
The extension is stricter still: it talks to no server of ours. Preferences and history stay in your browser local storage only. It requests access to pinterest.com pages, the downloads API and local storage — nothing else, and it ships no remote code.
Your rights
Since we hold no data identifying you, there is no account to export or delete. Under GDPR and LGPD you may still ask what is held about you; the answer is the technical logs described above, keyed to an IP address and discarded on a short cycle.
